The kub9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. kub9 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending review in accordance with our verification procedures.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the kub9 platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. kub9 does not make any representation that access to the platform is lawful in all locations. Players accessing kub9 from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one kub9 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. kub9 may, at its discretion, close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kub9 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. kub9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kub9 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

kub9 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. You agree to provide accurate and complete identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in your account being suspended and withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

kub9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. kub9 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and minimum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification status and the operational hours of the relevant payment provider. kub9 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless otherwise approved by the kub9 compliance team.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your kub9 account are your own and are derived from legitimate, lawful sources. kub9 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles and may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. kub9 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible kub9 members who meet the specific criteria published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. kub9 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing members are not eligible for new-member welcome bonuses unless otherwise stated.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the Promotions page and in any bonus confirmation communication you receive. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested prior to completion.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, the use of multiple accounts, bet hedging, or any other strategy designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds without genuine risk is considered bonus abuse. kub9 may at its discretion void all bonus funds and associated winnings and close the accounts of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Decisions made by kub9 regarding bonus abuse are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kub9: collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage; use of automated betting systems, bots, or artificial intelligence tools; exploitation of software errors, glitches, or bugs; engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation; sharing your account with any other person; and any conduct that disrupts the fair operation of games or the experience of other players.

In the event of any violation of these Terms, kub9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, void any pending bets or bonus balances, withhold and forfeit any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct, and take any further legal action available to it. kub9's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final and binding.

If you become aware of any other player engaging in prohibited conduct, exploitation of bugs, or any other activity that you believe violates these Terms, you are encouraged to report it to kub9 customer support. kub9 takes all reports seriously and investigates them promptly. Reporting in good faith will not result in any adverse action against the reporting player.

These tools are accessible through your account settings. kub9 strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively and to set limits that reflect their personal financial situation.
